How long can I expect for shipping/delivery?

Shipping times are dependent on a few factors, such as the preparation/production of specific products and their packaging.

*Estimated* shipping times for products are as follows:

Estimated delivery for apparel: Most apparel- between 8 and 11 days. An exception is our Raglan-style Crew Necks made with organic materials. These may vary between 8 and 15 days.

Estimated delivery for most drinkware: Ceramic mugs average between 5 and 8 days. Glassware averages between 8 and11 days.

Estimated shipping times may increase during the holidays, so please keep this in mind during the holiday season. At this time, expedited shipping is not available. We appreciate your understanding and grace as we navigate this aspect of being a small business.

Where do you deliver?

At this time, we can only fulfill orders/deliveries and ship within the United States.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of your goodies being made just for you, at this time we do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order details, sizing, etc. before checkout.

If something in your order arrives damaged, kindly reach out within seven days of it arriving. We will ask you to send photographs to illustrate the issue. Do you have tips for placing orders?

For apparel: Please carefully consider the size and color of any items before placing an order. There are size charts within the apparel listings.

Any garments that are considered unisex fit are not fitted specifically for a certain body type.

Going for more of the oversized look? Consider sizing up at least one or two sizes.

To gauge your regular fit/style, it may help to lay out your favorite sweater or shirt at home and measure armpit to armpit and to compare this with the sizing chart in our store.

Please note that product color may vary as this can depend on monitor/screen settings and photographic lighting. We do our best to represent products as true-to-color as possible, but sometimes this simply isn’t possible via the internet. As wonderful as technology can be, it also has its limits. We try to share new drops and tips for sizing on our Instagram (@realtalkgoods). We suggest taking a look there to get a closer look at products for reference.

How do I take care of the drinkware (mugs, glass)?

Below are care tip cards for our drinkware, which can also be found in the gallery images of each product. When it doubt, handwash!

General mug care: White-base mugs are microwave and dishwasher-safe, but will best be preserved if you hand-wash them.
Black glossy mugs and the 16-ounce can glasses are not dishwasher or microwave-safe as this will damage their coating. These should be hand-washed only.
