All sales are final.

Due to the nature of custom printing of each product (your products are made to order just for you!), we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Before placing an order, please double and triple check your cart to make sure you have the desired sizes, items, etc.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, or if you have questions or need assistance, please contact us through email at within seven days of receiving your item(s). If an item is damaged upon delivery, we will ask you to submit photographs for our records and to determine appropriate support.

Shipping & Handling

Due to the nature of packing for specific items, or differences in items ordered, the individual items will/may be shipped separately.

The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guaranteeMost orders are delivered within two weeks, with the exceptions of sales and holidays, and the impact of factors such as weather conditions, failed delivery attempts, etc. 
General shipping & delivery:
Estimated shipment times for apparel: 7 to 18 days
Estimated shipping times for drinkware: 5 to 8 business days
