While some sources describe enemas being included in medical writings dating back to ancient Egypt, Coffee enemas have gained popularity in recent years. The main purpose of coffee enemas is to help stimulate the liver in producing bile to support detoxification and decrease the toxic burden on this important organ. I don’t know about you, but we have a few enema-loving folks in our lives and we’ve always wanted a silly gift to give them to support their passions (and make them smile!).
