THE INSPO:
Found in food and on the earth, minerals are a must when it comes to optimal health and well-being. Minerals are often referred to as “spark plugs” of the body. As enzyme cofactors, they kick off reactions for important processes like regulating gene expression, detoxification, supporting healthy teeth and bones, sending nerve impulses, regulating body water balance, hormone production, optimal functioning of the immune system, impacting our body’s response to stress, and more. So yeah…they’re pretty important! We figured why not give people who are passionate about this topic an excuse to talk about it?!
