Shipping & Handling
SHIPMENT DETAILS:
Due to the nature of packing for specific items, or differences in items ordered, the individual items will/may be shipped separately. (For example, if you order one mug and one sweatshirt, you will likely receive two deliveries as these items are packaged separately.)
The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Most orders are delivered within two weeks, with the exceptions of sales and holidays, and the impact of factors such as weather conditions, failed delivery attempts, etc. During the holiday seasons, delays in shipments and delivery are expected, so please keep this in mind when placing orders during these times.
General shipping & delivery:
Estimated shipment times for apparel: 7 to 18 days
Estimated shipping times for drinkware: 5 to 8 business days
Always verify the shipping address before checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses are the responsibility of the buyer. If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within five days so we can do our best to resolve issues.
Real Talk Goods is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Real Talk Goods will NOT be responsible for items delayed by USPS and refunds will not be issued for items that are not received by a certain date.
At this time, we are only able to accept and fulfill orders within the USA and are not able to ship Internationally, APO addresses, nor PO boxes. Custom fees: Depending on the order’s destination, customers may have to pay custom fees.
